Thank all of you for attending and for making this event such a success despite the day being the hottest of the year.

The Art in the Park Festival creates indoor/outdoor exhibition space for fine artists to reveal new works to the public. Artists from all over the world participate in this annual event. Begun in 1998 with thirteen international artists, the outdoor space now hosts the work of 70 artists. In 2010, the Indoor Gallery will feature a retrospective of the works by painter, printmaker and sculptor, Valentine Welman. By having an open air forum, the public can interact one to one on a very personal and immediate level with the artwork. Although we are building a permanent collection, most of the works are offered for sale. It is held on even numbered years.
